چکیده
Benchtop NMR systems offers various advantages such as being easy to use, not requiring constant maintenance and available at affordable prices. In this study, multiple aspects of benchtop spectroscopy were explored analyze milk in an industrial context, either regarding the quality production or differentiation final product. The first part focuses on conditions lactose hydrolysis quantitative online was adapted follow continuous flow mode. second differentiating samples having different properties. 36 from France Turkey analysed glycerol, fat sugar contents measured spectra. Combination spectroscopic data with a proposed Artificial Neural Network model enabled classify origins This study shows that is versatile non-destructive control method can help controlling both during after production.

Quantitative analysis of hydrogen peroxide by 1H NMR spectroscopy.
A technique utilizing 1H NMR spectroscopy has been developed to measure the concentration of hydrogen peroxide from 10(-3) to 10 M. Hydrogen peroxide produces a peak at around 10-11 ppm, depending upon the interaction between solvent molecules and hydrogen peroxide molecules. The intensity of this peak can be monitored once every 30 s, enabling the measurement of changes in hydrogen peroxide co...
متن کاملAbsolute Quantitative 1H NMR Spectroscopy for Compound Purity Determination
W e encourage our authors to consider the use of absolute quantitative 1 H NMR spectroscopy to determine the purity of biologically tested research compounds. The Perspective by Pauli et al. (DOI: 10.1021/jm500734a) in this issue provides an excellent overview of quantitative 1 H NMR spectroscopy methods and their use for purity determination. The major advantages of these techniques are that t...
متن کاملEssential Parameters for Structural Analysis and Dereplication by 1H NMR Spectroscopy
The present study demonstrates the importance of adequate precision when reporting the δ and J parameters of frequency domain (1)H NMR (HNMR) data. Using a variety of structural classes (terpenoids, phenolics, alkaloids) from different taxa (plants, cyanobacteria), this study develops rationales that explain the importance of enhanced precision in NMR spectroscopic analysis and rationalizes the...
متن کاملDetermination of the fatty acid profile by 1H-NMR spectroscopy
The common unsaturated fatty acids present in many vegetable oils (oleic, linoleic and linolenic acids) can be quantitated by 1H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1H-NMR). A key feature is that the signals of the terminal methyl group of linolenic acid are shifted downfield from the corresponding signals in the other fatty acids, permitting their separate integration and quantitation of ...
